The BL5400 ECP series is a medium to heavy duty lock. With a specialized e-plating, which has been salt spray tested for over 1000 hours, all critical internals are made of the highest standard of stainless steel to guarantee usage in the harshest of weather conditions. This offers a solution where compliance to the ISPS code is essential and it’s neither convenient or feasible to use a electronic or key driven access control solution.

This unit offers a free passage mode, allowing the unit to be set into a bypass mode. Until deactivated, this allows you to use the lock without the need of re-entering the code. This variation comes with a 2 3/8″ tubular dead-latch. Suitable for external use on wooden, composite and steel doors. This comes supplied with back to back keypads, providing code access on both entrance and exit.

Unique to Borg Locks, the BL5400 ECP comes with our patented Easicode Pro coding chamber. This carries the ability to change the code on the door, in as little as 10 seconds, eliminating the 10-15 minute hassle of changing the code on a standard unit whilst also preventing the standard risks of damage caused by faulty code changes.
